Molly Walker is a poet, actor and theatre-maker from East London. Her writing uses a comedic lens to explore themes of queerness, neurodivercity and class. Once described as ‘bitter-sweet’, her poetry delves into her lived experiences, using self-discovery as a way to connect.

She has performed her work all across the UK including Glastonbury Festival, The Barbican, The Roundhouse, Process, Fridaze, toured with The National Theatre, Apples & Snakes, Rhyming Words and Poets Palace.

Alongside her poetry, Molly has also predominantly been working in theatre. After graduating from Rose Bruford, her recent credits include: Good for a Girl (Birmingham Rep), Friction (Theatre503), Macbeth (Shakespeare in the Squares), Shut up I’m Dreaming (National Theatre), Guardians of the Galaxy (Secret Cinema) and Doctor Who (West End). She was recently listed as a ‘Rising Star’ by The Media Eye and her debut one-woman show ‘Wild, actually’ previewed at The Pleasance New Writing season in 2023.

Molly is also the Artistic Director of Common Ground, a collective for creatives to connect, collaborate and workshop new-writing. Through open-mics, writing workshops, hikes, R&D’s and scratch nights, Common Ground connected over 104 creatives in 2025.
